That all depends on what you have ordered. If you have ordered an MFDC that I have in stock, I will ship it out within 1 business day. If you order just the Shadow box or a Certificate holder, that will take about 10 days to ship. If you order a complete set, that will take approx. 2-3 weeks to ship.
Orders that are special in size or material, will take about 4 to 5 weeks. For instance: If you wanted your MFDC made of "Birds-eye Maple", I would have to order this from one of my exotic wood suppliers. They will give me a time and I will then let you know when you can expect your completed order.
All my items are crafted with care and precision which takes time and talent to produce a quality product.
* Do you use Glass or Plexiglass?
I use glass in my Military Flag Display Cases, Shadow Boxes, and Certificate Holders as I feel that plexiglass scratches too easily and cheapens the product's presentation.
* What's the cost of Shipping and Handling?
You pay only $29.00 for Shipping and Handling anywhere within the Continental U.S.**

* What if it's broken when I receive it?
Everything that I send out has shipping insurance on it. It is completely
covered. You let me know what's broken and I will remake it and send it out to you.
Then I will deal with the shipping company.
* Can you make me new parts if I break something?
Yes I can. You can take a picture of what is broken and send it to me or phone me.
* How do I know how many coats of stain will look best for my MFDC?
What I like to do is send my customers photos after every coating. This way the customer has the opportunity to change their mind about color or type of accents being applied.
* We lost some Military ribbons. How can we replace them for free?
You can go to the following web sites to fill out information about

* Can you help me with ordering an MFDC? I want to order one that really
captures the essence of my loved one.
Absolutely! I love to talk to my customers to find out who your loved one was. What they liked - What they didn't. Branch of Military. Everything possible. That way I can get a better feel for the style of MFDC that might be best for them, and you.
* Can you build me an MFDC like this...........?
If you have an idea about a Military Flag Display Case. Let me know. Whatever it is. The worst that can happen is me saying, "That's not going to work-how about this?" The more we talk about it, the better the chances of making it happen.
* Do you have a Guarantee?
Yes I do. 7 day money back guarantee. I will make it right or refund your money. This does not qualify for special order frames or etched glass. These are not refundable for me, so I can not refund to you. When I receive the materials I send you photos to make sure that you are satisfied. This is one of the reasons why I keep my customer's up to date at all times.
